Hi all, just a bit worried. I'm due to be switching from WTC to UC before March. I got a pre migration letter to say I would be receiving a phone call later this month in regards to my child care costs. I have to have all my payments from April to January. Ready for them. Has anyone had this phone call? What's it all about? I think the letters wording is very frightening as if I am being fraudulent? Can someone please put my mind at ease. Thank you for reading.
