Afternoon all,
Has anyone had any issues with receiving the evouchers? We've had a couple which we're really grateful for but the latest one for £15 hasn't come through by email or post (I applied on the 7th of November)
The telephone number on the letter is a voicemail so I've left a message but not had a call back and the email I've had saying it'll be 5 days post or 24 hours e voucher is a 'no reply' address. Bit frustrating!
