Its my first time claiming for uc....i have a question..

Im unemployed since last week but will be seeking employment.

Im asking for the advance payment. Ive gotta work out the minimum i need or claim the maximum and any i don't need i put it to one side to be ready to pay it back over 24 months.

ALSO

Will i able to claim to getting help paying for the courts fees as well? as i need to see if i am eligible for it before i start the divorce proceeding.

This is your third thread on this atleast. Court fees isn’t related to universal credit, Google it for the website and apply to see if you are eligible as it depends on income over a few months.
