The ceo email website is great for this. https://www.ceoemail.com/s.php?id=ceo-9566

I have not tried it for Scottish Power but have had success using it with other companies.

Try emailing [email protected]

We had issues with Scottish Power so I emailed him in December. Got a phone call from their complaints department in February, they arranged an engineer immediately and the situation was resolved a week later.

Before that, I'd phoned, emailed and wasted time on their stupid chatbot. Nightmare trying to contact them, but their complaints team was excellent - I had one individual allocated to my account and she was really efficient. Offering to wipe 4 months of charges from our bill may have influenced my opinion of course 😜😂

I had to go to the ombudsman because no one would talk to me at Scottish Power because the builder hadn't relinquished the account for me to be able to set up one. Took me 2 years and the ombudsman's involvement, they got involved and it was partially sorted in 2 weeks

Thanks everyone. I'll email tomorrow. Wish me luck.

I’m afraid to say I don’t believe it is incompetence. I have never before had to deal with such rude, unhelpful, nasty, intimidating bastards like this bunch. I’ll never get my money back and the relief I felt when I finally left was the best feeling ever.

if you can leave, do so.

Ps, Good luck OP.
