Hi Ive had my last bill from EDF as am moving to Octopus. They have added the energy rebate to the bill and they way they have added it looks like they are asking me to pay that back to them. Am I reading it wrong or misunderstanding? Has anyone else recently switched from EDF? Basically the bill shows I have paid £2k in the past 6 months, they are billing me for £2100 for the last 6 months but have added the ‘refunded’ amount of the energy rebate and are saying I need to pay £433. Am I missing something - assume I am?
