Has anyone got a private rent recently and had a credit credit even with bad credit and got the house

I was always told ccjs were the only things that were checked for

But now hearing that's not the case?

Just not got the greatest score

A lot of LL ask to see bank account and 3 wage slips.

Yeah that fine that's all ok but I think a lot do a proper credit check now
