Had our meter fitted last September. Electricity side works, gas never did. Have been following the daily electrical usage in the app and making odd notes in my diary on amounts used when we’ve done heaps of washing or had visitors staying just to get a feel of the costs.
entered readings for Gas and Electricity as asked the other day and now the Smart Meter section of the app has completely disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else?
