We don’t have a smart meter. Is there an app or a device that could show us which appliance is using what amount of electricity?

Bit laborious but you can use something like this: amzn.eu/d/duFbAaL
Plug it in to each of your electrical items and it'll show how much they use.

Honestly, you would find a smart meter really useful (stating the obvious clearly….). Is it a connection issue or don’t you want one ?
