Universal credit claim close

Hello I've just informed UC my partner has moved in and we don't wish to start a joint claim. Will they just close my claim down? They did give me a code but we know we won't be entitled to anything so cba. I'm really sick and cba for them harassing me basically. Tia

Request to close your single claim in your journal.

Mark it as a payment issue then it will be seen by your case manager who will hopefully close and stop payments before the end of your assessment period.

Otherwise you will be liable for any overpayment made.
