The £150 payment for disability claimants

I claimed PIP at the beginning of April and was awarded standard rate for both elements.
I believed I was therefore going to receive the extra £150 towards fuel bills. I cannot find any evidence I have received it. If you did get it, how did you get it? Was it paid to your bank? If so was it separate to your benefit payment?

It would be listed at XX000000Y DWP COL on your bank statement, paid into the same account that you received your PIP in. The XX000000Y is your NI number.
