What's a good value second hand family car (has to be quite large to fit 4 quite tall adults/teens)

I don't care about being stylish or cool, just purely practical.
It probably won't get used a great deal as I WFH but we do about 2.5k miles travelling abroad in the summer.
I'm thinking of something like a vauxhall insignia or ford focus though not sure of the legroom in those yet.
I think Vauxhalls and fords are cheaper second hand as there's always lots of them.
I'd like to spend no more than £7/8 k for a 5/6 year old car with 50-60k miles.

Just wondering if there's any other models people would recommend?

We have the cmax hybrid and it's great. We have kids that are over six foot, and they fit in the back just fine.
Uses hardly any fuel, been super reliable sort far.
