Don’t forget - today social security Scotland are opening up child payments for children aged 6-16 if you’re on (most) certain benefits. It’s £25/week per child although given the volume of applicants I doubt we’ll see the cash until the new year.
Online applications open at 8am!
if you already have a child under 6 and are claiming, you can add your other children to your current claim.
if it’s your first time claiming then you’ll need to do a new claim online.
