Bulb bills

I know bulb are in the process of being transferred to octopus, but does anyone else have a recent bill that doesn't match the tariff?

My bill came this morning, and the prices, and the tariff on the bill don't match the tariff on my online account.
Due to the switch I also checked octopus tariffs and it doesn't match any of those either!

Anyone else in a similar situation?

I hadn't noticed but having read your post, I checked, and yes ours is different - cheaper by 2p p kwh for electricity and 1p for gas....weird.

The usage amounts on my bulb bills are pre-VAT, and the final figure at the end includes VAT.

IIRC most of the advertised rates include VAT, but the unit rate on the usage calculation doesn't.

Reasonably fresh in my mind as I've just had a £1300 refund of them and dropped my DD by £200.

Thank you... just added vat onto the bill rate and it matches my tariff rate.

No wonder I never quite work my bill out correctly 🤦‍♀️ and I work in finance 🙃
