Does this look extortionate? I was on a v low fixed rate before and I'm trying to keep my costs down. 2 bed apartment, WFH
Usage and recent bill

No, from what I can tell you have been charged at the price cap.

Is your usage large ? Hard to say. Depends on a lot of factors. Certainly it isn't huge at all compared with some I've seen on here.

Yeah I guess I'm asking as my dad is "HOW MUCH!!?" and he's electric only and his was £62 for a month
He seems to think I'm burning £5 notes to keep warm Grin when I am being frugal
Heating on a couple of hours a day and never overnight. Gas hob and heating, electric oven and I WFH

Impossible to compare really. Are you in a new build or old flat conversion. Are there 2 of you wfh or just one. Do you have gas CH or electric. Is your dad the same or is he on his own in a giant mansion or in a 1 bed new build flat sitting without the heating on all day and just watching telly.

So many variables. I wouldn't say 10kWh gas for example is a lot per day for CH and HW. But a hardier person might argue that there is no need for CH at all at this time of year...depends I guess where you are in the UK.

I guess you are looking at twice the amount your Dad uses per month ? 130-140 ?

Just me, GCH
Dad also in a 2 bed flat
I do more washing and showering due to exercise and probably more cooking
NW so constantly wet Grin
I'm going to look at the heating, it just clicked on now and I've switched it off as I've just done a workout and am melting!

Unless I've misunderstood the statement, your usage for last month is less than your DF's. In that case, it's his that is more.

Yes it's not for a full month, dates on the statement Grin I give readings whenever I remember as it updates straight away
(No smart meter so I find it handy to see what I'm using!)
