Problems with so.energy

I am having the same problems reported here - they won't get back in touch, generate a bill or give a refund. Anyone else? My concern is the company going out if business and not being able to get hold of what we have in credit - if it's difficult enough now I imagine it will be impossible to communicate with them if they go out of business. Anyone else got the same problems?

I didn't get a response via email so chased them on Facebook and someone got back to me quickly.

I'm sure they are owned by Ireland's biggest supplier of energy so I think they are quite stable (famous last words!)

They respond really quickly if you contact them via Twitter.
