Does anyone provide a meter reading online with this company and then get a much higher bill than the one from the meter reading?

Check that your bill doesn’t say they are using estimated readings- we had a similar issue despite submitting the correct readings

We are with them, provide monthly readings and everything matches just fine.

Started doing monthly readings as they weren't taking readings from the smart meter (were just estimating), that appears to be sorted now but I still submit a manual reading on the first of each month.

No we either read it or they are estimated (for gas) for electricity they read from a far x

I've been chasing them for a while, and received yet another estimated bull after I had provided 6 months worth of meter readings. Anyway, today my amended bill (recalculated to take into the sum of £1700 they had overcharged!) arrived, and we are now £130 in credit. I need to spend a day going through the figures to check they don't owe more, but to be honest, I think I may just start taking a weekly photo to submit and see what happens next month 😎We cancelled our DD a while ago.
