Anyone still NOT received disability CoL payment?

Just this. Mine is for myself, PIP related, which has been in payment continuously for years. We were told should get it by beginning of October.

I've filled in the online form, which said we'll try to respond in 2 weeks. Erm, I need it now?! Desperately. I also tried the PIP enquiries line, but when I explained why I was calling, they cut me off.... 3 times.

I also know I won't receive it tomorrow, as I can see pending payments the day before.

6th October reported my pip col payment missing via pip help line. Was told to report it on gov site. Did so on 3rd. Called pip today & told they cant help. Who do we make enquiries to or ask for help. I've no food or gas & electricity & I'm desperate for the payment. Feel alone helpless afraid and ashamed. Feel there's no point

I'm so sorry you're struggling @Elvise, I'm in exactly the same situation at the moment. I'm bed bound and don't have enough money to both pay for care and eat. I've no idea what they expect us to do?!

Thank you for your kind response. Its a very sad world we live in atm. Those who claim to have our welfare & best interests as their priority need to spend a few weeks living under our circumstances. I don't enjoy living with health issues, unable to wallow inl luxurious houses, not stressed over where my next meal is coming from. Government officials have no clue on life in the real world. We were promised a COL payment from Sept 20, How distressing it is for us when we depend on this help, but I'm worse off now during the wait for it as the money was to be used just to survive.
