Does anyone use a thermal cooker? Wondering if they do really use 80% less energy than other cooking methods?

We’ve got a Mr D’s. It’s ok. I prefer a slow cooker. But you don’t get smells like other forms of cooking and they don’t leak if tipped over. (Well ours doesn’t). Ideal if you like curries and stews - slow cooked foods.
You do have to get everything hot first, ime.
Ideal if you don’t want to leave anything switched on unattended, easy to clean and use. As for saving money - over a slow cooker I would guess it’s pennies, over an electric oven it’s pounds saved at current rates.

I'll look into that, thanks for the info 😀
