Tesco Clubcard plus question

Puffincrossing · 23/08/2022 08:15

I'm thinking of switching to monthly shopping to see if that helps with my budgeting. If I sign up for Clubcard plus it says I can have 10% off 2 big shops. Does anyone know if I can do them both on the same day? Thank you

Why would you want to? 10% is the same whether you apply it to a massive shop or two smaller shops.

Also, the Clubcard Plus only applies to in-store purchases.

You only get up to £20 off per shop so if I spend £300 I'd only get £20 off. If I split into 2 x £150 shops I'd get £30 but I don't know if I can do both shops in 1 day. I'm aware I can only it in store, thank you

Yes you can do it both on one day .

Why would buying all your food in savings n monthly shop be better.

What about milk, fruit, veg? How will yoh store it?

Plus do you have a massive freezer?

Puffincrossing · 25/08/2022 07:52

Thank you knickersniff. I also plan to do one small top up shop for any fruit, fresh vegetables and milk that I need each week.

I hope that by buying all at once I can do more batch cooking and save 10% on most of it at Tesco. It's not just about budgeting, l'm going to be very short on time for next few months so would like to cook now so I have plenty of 'ready meals'. I'm also hoping to use the oven less overall.
