What is an ideal budget for a couple to live off? No mortgage and bills 450.00 a.
Month. 4 pets. Dog and cats?

Think that very much depends on things like how many cars you have, if you like eating out regularly and what type of holidays you have. I know a couple they redecorate the whole house every 2 to 3 years, including the furniture. We're a lot more frugal.
