Revolut Query - unauthorised payments

Has anyone else had any trouble with unauthorised transactions from their revolut account? I had One in January and another in March. I didn’t notice the January one until I tracked back after seeing a charge I didn’t recognise for £59.99 in March. Revolut won’t refund either of the payments. They say that I should have noticed the January one. I don’t use revolut much except to save and little expenses. The unauthorised charges are to Strength Bill.com. I’ve googled but nothing comes up. Any guidance would be appreciated.

What sort of transaction is it ?
Direct debit or debit card ?
Of course they should be Refunding you and claiming it back if it wasn't authorised by you

If it’s a visa or mastercard they have no choice if you claim it as fraud. Tweet them. They don’t employ the best fraud team and are always giving out shitty advice when you call.

It’s a Visa. Revolut emailed me back saying it’s my negligence that has caused the transaction and they will not be refunding. I’ve asked for an explanation for how I’ve been negligent.

Yes, it certainly looks to be the link by a previous poster. The correct amount. A payment kicks in automatically after 3 days trial.

I tried tweeting them but they said not to do that or they can get my Twitter account blocked. They want me to air any grievance in revolut app chat. I was in chat all day Sunday with them. 4 changes of agent and no progress. I went on the website and it’s not something I would subscribe to or take up a free trial for. Weird thing is, they too payments in Jan and March. I didn’t spot the January transaction, just the March. I’ve emailed the company now to see what they say. Revolut say they have no information about them and no contact details for them. So mumsnet has been a greater support. I knew I’d get a better result here 😊
