I am moving house. I want to change to a cheap economical supplier and octopus seems good from what im reading. Any experiences? Good and bad.

Everything was extremely smooth
They have estimated that my monthly costs will go from £160 down to £130
I have had to talk to them a couple of times and this was done either by email or Facebook messenger
All seems good so far

I can vouch for them. I switched 2 years ago when my previous supplier had gone bust and accounts were being dealt with by another company. Octopus were really helpful as the switchover was far from smooth. I eventually got my money back from the previous supplier, plus a nice check in compensation later.
