We had some bad news, my mums cousin died (she was like an auntie really), so have been paying our respects and have sorted out flowers.
Then got told a few days later that my uncle has spine cancer, but they are hoping they have caught it early enough.

Born, glad you have had a chat with ds, I think the lockdown has been very tough on the young adults. Also things in Scotland have moved slower, so getting to your caravan will do him some good, hopefully.

So I've spent quite a bit over the last week or so, mostly on food, but also some new bits for our holiday plus the dcs needed new trainers, so they will have them for holiday and then I can only hope they will still be in decent nick for returning to school in Sept.
Also had a bit of a scare with our holiday, the hotel we were booked into isn't opening until September! But managed to get another one, well it's more like apartments, but is no mean feat with 13 of us going and it was £150 cheaper!
