Hi, has anyone applied for this recently? Just wondering how long it takes to hear back and how did you hear back? Thanks

They have a web chat service it is fab!super quick and changes are made straight away. I think they are monday to friday 8-4, very helpful and saves waiting on hold for hours.

I recently rang to add a newborn to an existing claim. I was on hold for about 20 mins and it was done in about 10 mins. The chap on the phone couldn't have been more helpful.
