The government advised that the standard allowance will go up by £1000 per year. Will this reflect in our early April payment or after the full month of April? I've searched online but can't seem to find any clarity!

from may payments I thin.

The increase is from 6th April so I think for anyone with payments due on 1-5 April, they will get their usual amounts, and for people with payments due on or after 6 April, they will hopefully get some increase, but I suspect it will pro rata'd so you would get the lower rate up to 5 April and the higher rate from 6 April, ie if paid on/around 20 April you would only get about half the increase for that month. Then you would get the full increase next month ie May.

I am just making an educated guess btw based on what would seem logical.
