If you check their website, they have a coverage map.
I have a 3 Data SIM in my tablet and I seem to get a 4G connection in most situations.

NoWordForFluffy · 17/01/2020 20:06

I don't find it as good as they claim it is. And I often have the 4G 'lie' (phone says 4G, but the speed suggests otherwise). I'll be running away as soon as my contract is up.

Fatted · 17/01/2020 20:08

Nope, they are cheap for a reason!

greenlavender · 17/01/2020 21:23

Terrible

schoolcook · 17/01/2020 21:36

I switched from giffgaff (O2 network) and will be switching straight back when my contract ends they are dreadful !
I live in a large town and work in a city and data coverage is awful.

MaidofKent78 · 17/01/2020 21:39

Not great. We have one of their mobile routers for our home WiFi and it's AWFUL. Can't wait until the contract ends.

sqirrelfriends · 17/01/2020 21:44

Really bad, their customer service is even worse to the point I haven't been able to end my contract as they refused to send the code to get the number transferred twice.

DdJames · 17/01/2020 21:45

Very poor. I'll be switching once my contract is up.

PickAChew · 17/01/2020 21:48

It depends where you are. It's the only network with anything like a reliable signal where my parents live. Coverage is very poor where DH works (though not as bad as EE).

missyB1 · 17/01/2020 21:49

Terrible! Don’t do it! Dh and I are both fed up of not being able to get a signal, we are changing.

TamingToddler · 18/01/2020 06:26

Horrible. It won't let DP set up a DD so charge him £5 a month to pay. Never has signal and never has 4G.

snappycamper · 18/01/2020 06:32

Clearly in the minority but it's fine for me

Salene · 18/01/2020 06:41

I've been with 3 since the beginning , so over 15 years now and never had a issue with them at all.? I don't have any coverage issues and I live in countryside . Also never had a problem with customer service. I have checked before each contract renewals for a better deal but have never found another provider who could give me a cheaper offer. I totally recommend them.

NoWordForFluffy · 18/01/2020 06:49

I've always found a better deal, no matter who I'm with at the time!

AwfulSomething · 18/01/2020 06:53

I have great coverage at work and home, can't say the same for EE or 02 who were unusable! Cheap, reliable and customer services have always been first rate.

DesLynamsMoustache · 18/01/2020 06:56

I was with 3 for years and had no issues. I switched because I wanted a deal on a specific phone, but if 3 had done the same I would have stayed with them.

SoTiredNeedHoliday · 18/01/2020 12:07

seems a mixed bag of reviews. thanks!

Another one here been with them for many years with no problems. Always found them to have excellent customer service too. You won't get better data deals than they offer I don't think.

greenlavender · 18/01/2020 13:02

I was with them from the beginning as was DH & then DS. Coverage where we live became terrible & customer service appalling. We were spending a lot each month. We all changed 10 months ago & I can't believe how much better everything is - including customer service. Night & Day -O2.
