Vegetarian preferred. I have:

Veggie sausage and mash
Bean chilli
Vegetable curry
Vegetable ragu
Bolognaise
Veggie burger and chips
Veggie sausage casserole

Anyone got a good butter bean casserole slow cooker recipe?
Any other ideas?

Thanks!

Slimming world carrot & coconut Dahl is cheap, delicious & freezable, so make double and freeze.

Also look at there black bean chilli, again cheap, easy & freezable so double up & freeze

I make stir fry with black kale & mushrooms with plenty of garlic and add noodles and soya, Chinese 5 spice. Any left over pop in the fridge and the next day make a jug of miso or stick and put the Biddle’s in microwave to heat for a couple of minutes & then pop into the stock for a middle type soup

Quorn tikka
Quorn fajitas
Mushroom, spinach and stilton bake/tarts

There's a website called to good to go or something. It tells you of supermarket bargains.

ivykaty44 · 21/12/2019 20:48

To good to go is an app and you can buy food at a 60% discount for pick up later in the day - it’s a lucky dip

Morrison’s and various restaurants have these bags to pick up at various times stated

I've made this a few times: www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/lentil-sweet-potato-curry
