Where to sell rings?

I'm really skint and need to raise some money. I have an engagement ring that cosy £400 and my wedding ring from my marriage - now divorced.

Where would be the best place to sell them and how? I have a receipt for my engagement ring but it's faded so you can only read the price on it not the description. No receipt for my wedding ring.

I need to get as much as possible for them.

Thanks.

Second hand rings don’t sell for much, I doubt you will get more than £100 for both. I would try eBay

Oh that's depressing.

I don't even know how to list them as I'm not sure what they are, i.e diamond size....

Have you got a local jewellers that buys second hand jewellery?

I've been trying to do the same with my old rings - spent around 3k originally but after taking them to a number of jewellers to be checked (I couldn't remember the diamond details either but experts will know straight away) I either got offered a quarter what we bought them for or was told they weren't interested as too modern.

They've gone back in the draw for now will either wait a few years or get them made into something I can wear.

It's very depressing!
