How to make money fast

I've seen similar threads before and think I'm doing everything I can but wondered if there was anything I am missing.

So far I've listed several items I have lying around on the house for sale on shpock and preloved. Made one sale so far.

I've claimed the £20 I had stored up from doing panelpase surveys.

Signed up to vivatic, another survey site. Made £7ish so far. Have to get to £20 to withdraw.

Have withdrawn the £22ish I had in quick, waiting for that to go into my account.

I've got about £90 in credit with my energy company. Can't claim that yet as I have to wait for them to check my meter readings - submitted those this morning.

Is there anything else I can do? I don't think I can change my bank account as I'm currently overdrawn. I know some banks pay you for moving but doubt I can do that while in my OD?

Boots points? Nectar points etc to spend?

Things tend to sell quickly on facebook and gumtreee too

If you need urgent cash, I'd put up signs in the newsagent at the nearest well-to-do area, offering babysitting ironing cleaning and dog walking, with references, an email set up for that purpose and mobile number. You can more easily earn £30 cleaning one house or babysitting once than all those online surveys.

Thank you. If I sell on facebook will it show up on my friend's walls or will only people in the selling groups see my posts? One reason I haven't done this yet is that a few of the items I plan to sell are Christmas and birthday gifts so I don't really want the people who got them for me to know I'm selling them...

For cleaning and babysitting etc - I'm not sure I could do it. Well I have my dd with me all the time. Dog walking is a possiblity though, thank you for the ideas.

I sell on Ebay and do survey sites too. Others I would recommend are: Crowdology, ipsos, panel opinion, you gov. Some take longer to pay out than others-could you not send referrals to friends or family to build up points?

I would focus on selling rather than surveys, as this generates cash faster.

Do a bootfair?

I work in between school runs and in the evenings as a home carer-very flexible and you need a car. You can even work just 1-2 hours in the evening.

Do you have any savings jars you can count up?

Thank you. I can't drive unfortunately. Would you recommend ebay to sell on? I was a bit wary about the fees.

The only reason I sell on Ebay, is that I haven't really looked into selling on facebook etc.

You are right about the fees though!

I sold something for 99p and paypal took 33p of that and you would then have to pay E-bay a little more on top of that! Ebay definitely doesn't sell well like it used to.

Even though it's peanuts per sale, I try think of the positive side that I am de-cluttering and it all adds up in the end!

set up another Facebook account solely for selling..thats what i do then nothing appears on your friends news feed.

Gumtree. Fast turnover!

Set up a fake facebook account or sell on gumtree - you have done really well so far. Could you do a car boot? Oh crap just seen you don't drive. I did one with a friend and we shared her car (bigger boot) so that could still work if you know someone?
