Hi All,
As the title goes, I really need some help to stop spending money I don't have on stuff I absolutely don't need!
I've spent nearly €170 so far this month on cigarettes, coffees, junk food and eating out. I don't have €170 to spend like that. I've dragged myself back from the brink of serious money trouble so many times over the last year, consolidated loans etc etc...but I just can't stop the unnessecary spending. Obviously cigarettes are a major problem and kind of a separate issue (or maybe not), but it's the constand impulsive spending on coffees and stuff like that which is killing me.
I'm suffering from depression, and it's just such a destructive cycle, I'm so worried about money, so I'm stressed, so then I overeat and smoke, which costs me money....it's so pathetic I know.
Has anyone successfully stopped stupid spending and if so could you share your tips/give me a virtual slap?
Thanks...
