When do I need to eat this by?

I got some venison sausages out of the freezer on Thursday and made sausage toad. But there were 2 left over so I put them in the fridge.
I was planning on cooking them for breakfast today but dh has gone out early so won't be cooking them. Will they be ok for tomorrow?

once they have defrosted you are supposed to use them within 24 hours. What was the Use By date on them originally? (p.s. I wouldnt eat them tomorrow if they were taken out on Thursday)

I'd eat them.

I wouldn't have them tomorrow. Could you have them for lunch?
