We booked them to collect and received and emal confrmng. Come the day at 10am they confrmed they would be with us. At 6.00pm no one had been and we called to be told no booking had been made with them. PLUS they sad we can re book but now offering 50p a kg not the 60p they were. do a car boot and sell your things for 50p a tme and make more money for yourself......
