Has anyone had any experiance of these? They are currently on offer in my local Morrisons (£2 each) - hoping to make a big batch of soup, but unsure how well the Sistema soup pot/bowl will work?

Lovely lentil and bacon soup sounds tasty for lunch :)

I've read good things about them, £2 seems a bargain.

Sunshinenow · 01/09/2013 12:04

I bought 10! I use then for freezing.

Worth it as you don't need a bowl.

Great thank you :)

And my ultra geeky use. I fill half with say meat curry, pop a paper cup case in and fill the top with veg or rice. Keeps them separate.

Perfect for one.

Ooooh fab Sunshine :)

God how I love mine. £2 is a total bargain.

we have two from tk maxx. .fab for pack up soup, pasta, noodles etc. we use ours loads.

Ememem84 · 10/09/2013 21:53

Best things I ever bought. I take home made soup to work and bang it in the mikey. Also useful for porridge. Pasta. Leftovers.

PogoBob · 10/09/2013 21:54

I use one for porridge, make it up at home the night before and pop it in the microwave at work. Worked really well so far.

They are brill!!

MinimalistMommi · 13/09/2013 14:01

What are they? Some type of flask?

Chopsypie · 13/09/2013 14:19

I love mine. Ideal for all sorts of things and a really good size. Good for taking food to elderly relatives as well, as they are easy to open and the handle is quite large.

propitia · 13/09/2013 14:21

Agree with all. Also use mine as mini steamer for kids supper veg.

MinimalistMommi · 13/09/2013 14:23

WHAT ARE THEY? Anyone?!

VeganCow · 14/09/2013 01:40

Minimalist they are leak proof containers that hold pre cooked or tinned soup, pasta etc that you store, microwave then eat from so only one container for everything.
I've seen them in asda but not got one yet...might have to go to Morrisons as they are still on offer there for £2 odd.

prettypleasewithsugarontop · 14/09/2013 11:51

Thanks VeganCow...I didn't manage to get one for £2 none left, and back up to full price Hmm might get one in TKMax though, they're a good price there as well

They're usually on 3 for 2 in Robert Dyas. I love mine!
