Tax credits panic!

I receive child tax credits, do I have to renew I haven't received a renewal pack?

Been waiting to speak to an adviser for about 40 mins and hearing the same jingly music is going to tip me over the edge!!

Yes, even if your circumstances haven't changed, you should have had a pack. I got my pack in April. The help line is always a nightmare, good luck.

Ahh I got through, I didn't realise the pack I got in April was the same thing I've done it already! Phew!
