HELP!!!..
I am spending far too much on food lately!
I want to save more of my hard earned lolly!!
I have the follwing in my cupboard/fridge!
How can I stretch it? Any ideas clever peeps???

Dried Rice
Baked Beans (one can)
Kidney beans (one can)
Pasta
Salt/pepper
loyd grossmans chilli/tomatoe sauce.
Jar of tikka massala sauce
Peas tinned and frozen
frozen roast potatoes
Cod fillets
one chicken breast
Bacon four slices
four eggs
3 cloves of garlic
Parsley sauce for fish
Lemon butter sauce packet mix for fish
Maggi so juicy bag thing for chicken.
Potato wedges..

Any ideas greatly received.. xx

difficult but not impossible. I could only do 6 nights on this though a full week defeated me sorry!!

1 pasta in parsley sauce (bit odd but not unheard of)
2 chicken tikka massala and rice
3 fish in lemon butter sauce frozen roast potatoes and peas
4 omlette and baked beans
5 bacon and pea risotto use the garlic as well
6 chill sans carne (i.e lloyd grossman sauce padded out with kidney beans) and potato wedges

:rice and peas with garlic
:magi chicken and peas
:tika massala kidney bean curry and rice
:cod parsley sauce and wedges
:bacon 2 slices pasta with Lloyd sauce and peas
:bacon 2 slice baked beans and roast potatoes
:lemon sauce mix fish, peas and roast potatoes
:2 days of omelettes

-Chicken Tikka masala with rice (I would pad this out by putting peas in as well and possibly roast potatoes chopped up, leaving leftovers for next day
-Cod in parsley sauce with wedges

  • Veg chilli with wedges, using sauce jar, frozen peas, roast chopped potatoes and kidney beans
  • Bacon & pea risotto, using garlic and two slices bacon
  • Pasta with baked beans (seriously is very nice, used to eat all time as a student)
  • Egg fried rice with bit of bacon, peas etc.
  • Omelette with bacon, peas.
