confused about wtc

i have just completed the calculator for working tax credit. At the end it says I am entitled to wtc but the figure shows £0.00, am I therefore not entitled?!

Which calculator did you use? - I found the HMRC one didn't work properly at all. It told me I was entitled to about £30 per month when I get a lot more than that a week
Entitledto.com is the most accurate I have found (but can be a couple of £ out a week).

The Turn2Us Benefits Checker is pretty good. However, even if it says £0.00, if you think you qualify for help submit a claim anyway. Let HMRC decide.
