When the bailiffs are after money on their own account...

Because the debt they were collecting is cleared but the bit remaining is made up of the bailiffs' own charges, how aggressive can they be in collecting that bit? Can they, in fact, be told to get stuffed? Or at least to wait and put up with a fiver a week just like all the other creditors are probably going to be told to...

They can only add certain charges on by law, but will try and add extra on and bully people into paying.

The legal charges aren't all that high usually but then I think it depends what the debt is for and whether or not you've let them in to list your goods
