I'm planning to be an SAHM for a few years once our first is born, so we're looking for ways to slim down our outgoings. Has anyone good any advice on whether Aldi or Lidl are worth it? I've heard that some Aldi/Lidl products are really good and some are crap, but have no ideas which is which...

I started using Aldi this month, we love it. I am spending a lot less now.
We like
Weetabix, I think its Morning Star
Fresh Chicken
Minute Pork Steaks
Bread
Teacakes
Muffins
Chicken Pie
Sausages
Ham
Cooked chicken
Veg
Fruit
Free Range Eggs
Jam

and loads more. I go to Tesco for kitten milk and food, posh coffee and a couple of other bits.
