hi can anyone help, i am needing a new land line for my home but as i hardly use the phone (more for emergencys) don t want to be paying for unlimited calls etc does anyone know any cheap ones

Sadly, the line rental limit is a flat rate, because company that provides the service MUST pay X amount, regardless of how often the customer uses the service.

Your best bet is to look at Sky and VIrgin package deals. This is because, if your phone line is not a major concern, you can save a significant amount by getting it thrown in with your Internet/TV bills.

Of course, if your not interested in internet or TV, you could simply google search providers, and check the websites for the cheapest.
