Feeling breathless when resting. If I’m active I feel reasonably ok but the minute I’m sitting down I feel like I can’t catch my breath. I can’t get a decent lungful if that makes sense. Is this normal?

Could be, I have changed anti depressants lately. I don’t feel particularly anxious but perhaps I am….it feels panicky

thanks for replies, when I’m breathless I do have DH but he is working away this week as for tomorrow so I’m flying solo with two young kids.
