Started last night with headache and grainy throat. Couldn’t get warm earlier but after a hot shower I’m fine (for now) I feel like somethings in my throat and on my chest but annoying rather than painful and when I’m walking about I get a feeling of not being well. I think I caught it on the plane. Cold or something more?
