Hello, DH and I have tested positive for Covid for first time. Feel terrible, sore head, razor blades feeling in throat and high temperature. Runny nose and hacking coughs. Any idea how long this will last? Started on Saturday and we don't feel any better. We have chosen to self isolate but feeling we need to get out of the house and walk in nearby park. Tia

why have you chosen to isolate? go for a walk, it'll make you feel better

You don't have to isolate anymore so get out and go to the park, it may make you feel better.

I had it last month and felt rough for about 7-8 days.
