Covid or flu?

Wondering what covid symptoms are at the minute
I can get anti virals but can't get a test until tomorrow
Got a headache, 40c temp, shivering/sweating, feel sick and dizzy and all my joints and skin hurt

Helpfully I was due to have a covid and flu vaccine today which I had to cancel!

I think it's difficult to tell.
I had covid in August and had a temperature, chills, cough, runny nose (very), no smell or taste, sore throat. But covid symptoms seem so varied.

I tested negative but have had sneezing, sore throat, bad chest and breathlessness, headache, ear and eye ache, nausea and tiredness. I feel better then the symptoms return. The tiredness and breathlessness is horrible. I was convinced it was COVID, but two tests both negative. I just feel absolutely awful.

I have covid atm, tested positive yesterday. Started with a mild but definite sore throat. Then a fever. Fever has lasted for three days now. Aches -particularly in neck. Before I knew I had covid I moaned to dh that I felt out of it and dissociated. A completely dry cough. Still eating though and no serious tummy issues.

Still dripping in sweat and got an upset stomach as well now

How do you feel now? I have all the same symptoms as you.

I woke up 3 days ago with a real sore throat one side but that didn't last long. Since then I've had chills, sweating so so much, ridiculous headache, no appetite, diarrhoea but no runny nose or cough.

I'd say I'm on day 3, wondering how long it's going to go on for 😣

Oh wow!! I hope you feel better now?! How did you end up finding that out?

I have bad diarrhoea today and no appetite but would say my chills have improved since yesterday? But still not 100%

Can I ask what made you go to hospital? I don't feel that bad atm that I need to go I don't think but hoping I don't get worse

I'm immunocompromised and it just wasn't improving at all
