Horrendous aches and pains

No matter how often I'm taking paracetamol and ibuprofen. The aches and pains will not let me sleep.
I'm definitely not overdosing
Sticking to the instructions.
Do you know of anything stronger.

Co-codamol. (paracetamol & codeine)
Solpadeine plus is strongest you can get over counter I believe. Contains paracetamol so be aware if you have already been taking this. don’t get solpadeine max as this also contains caffeine. Codine can make you drowsy so will hopefully help with sleep too.
