Could this be Covid

So I’ve had what I suspect is Covid the last 2 weeks
head feels fuzzy and I can’t ever remember being this utterly exhausted except for last time i had Covid ! Lack of energy/exhaustion seems to be the only symptom. I don’t feel poorly 2 but my eyes are so sore and tired no matter how much sleep I have, everything is an effort

tested last week but showing negative, I’m wondering if the tests aren’t picking up the new strain…anyone else had the same??

I sympathise I’m on holiday and started to have a scratchy throat 6 days ago symptoms progressed onto aching and awful head cold
ive seen a Dr this morning positive Covid I feel rubbish hope that you feel better soon
I’ve had Covid twice the first time no symptoms the 2nd mild but this time it’s knocked me side ways

Covid is so common but I’m still worried about long Covid and after effects I’ve never been so sick and worse that Im away
I thought that I had tonsillitis as I’ve suffered wjth that all my life the symptoms are the same .

Last week I met someone who said they had it. Felt like shit on Saturday. I have had two boosters so it's like I don't get it full on, but I do get the awful fatigue. Shame to know how long it lasts : (

My experience and friends' recent experience is that tests are picking up current strains of covid very clearly

My DD had covid last week (she tested because she works with elderly people) and had a streaming nose, cough and general flu/ cold symptoms. This week I have had horrendous fatigue for the last couple of days - as in I have slept for 18 hours a day. Other than an intermittent headache and absolute lack of appetite that’s my main symptom. I haven’t tested, it’s either covid or some other bug. I had covid last September so maybe that’s why my symptoms are less than DD’s. Day 3 today and I feel much better, although my eyes are starting to close again…

Should say DD had very clear positives on lateral flows for 4 days.
