What's the best advice for recovering from Covid now?

Hi - I'm just emerging from my third bout. The last two times it took me a long time to recover, about 3 months the first time and almost 6 the second.

This has thankfully been my lightest Covid - I tested negative after just 5 days, and didn't have a fever, just weakness, dizziness, glands up and very rough throat/lungs.

As you can imagine I am keen to do everything I can to recover fast and well this time round. I'm on Day 6 now so beginning to think a bit more clearly...

What do you all do - and recommend?

At the moment Im:

  • Eating very healthily and supplementing with a multi vit and vit D
  • Trying to get good sleep
  • Resting lots, and supplementing with breathing exercises/meditating
  • Only doing things in small chunks, having a rest as soon as I feel tired
  • Not exercising beyond walking round the house and garden

Any other thoughts? I'm currently studying so am able to take a chunk of time off to recover before re-engaging
