Do your symptoms of long covid worsen in term time?

This sounds odd I know, but it’s a pattern I’ve personally noticed in me. When my kids are in school/nursery, my daily long covid symptoms seem to worsen a fair notch. Is it the volume of viruses the kids are bombarded with that they carry home or is that bonkers? Does this happen to anyone else?

Not noticed this personally but have noticed when I’m ‘exposed’ to Covid I often don’t actually get it (test positive) but have what I assume is an immune response. Like a mild version of Covid. I’ve had this several times now when my kids or husband have actual Covid, or a friend I’ve seen etc tells me they have got it but didn’t realise etc etc - I didn’t get a full infection but felt unwell for a few days. Kids have this a lot too. I’ve also had actual positive infection 4 times. Pretty shit tbh but each time a bit milder. I suppose in the past I often felt ‘on the edge’ of illness when kids were bringing colds / flu’s home etc. so the run down feeling. I get that less now as long Covid has made me prioritise health etc much more.
