COVID positive last Monday, not too bad and continued work etc but at home. Tested negative on Saturday so went out for a walk with friends on Sunday.

This morning I've had to take the day off sick as I feel like I've been hit by a train. so tired! Am good for nothing. I'm not usually like this.

This is my 4th round of covid and I'm fully vaccinated. Is this normal? I'm a bit freaked by how lousy I feel.

I found I had good days and bad for several weeks. Every time I thought I was on the mend I seemed to have a new symptom. The tiredness does last for a while too. My advice is not to try too much, too soon. Just listen to your body and look after yourself. This latest strain seems to be pretty viscous. Even with the vaccine.

This has happened to me. Tested positive last weekend felt much better on Weds and was negative. Since then felt so rough - temperature, cough, aches - its awful

Have you tested negative a few days in a row? I’ve seen some people it clears and then comes back and they test positive again (rebound).

Yup I retested again today as I felt so shit - but still negative. Not sure how if I no longer have a virus I feel so utterly shite!
