Does this sound like covid?

Sore, dry, scratchy throat
Glands in neck sore
Headache
Hurting all over - stiff and sore
Terrible head cold, sneezing, blocked sinuses
Running, red, itchy eyes
Feeling exhausted
Loss of taste and smell
Mouth feels strange - can't explain how
Brain fog - can't think straight
Diarrhoea and sore stomach

I have some old tests somewhere, but am too tired to bother looking them out 😭

Could be, but also sounds like lots of other bugs going round at the moment. I've had similar and tested as was seeing a vulnerable family member. Tests all negative although didn't see them anyway as felt too ill and didn't want to share this lurgy either.

It’s very hard to tell these days as like PP said there are so many nasty viruses/ bugs going round.
I’m still recovering from a 5 week virus which had all of the above symptoms you list (apart from the diarrhoea) but a horrid cough too. Tested several times (as I have elderly mum I care for) and negative for Covid every time.
