Tooth and face pain post Covid

Hello, I had Covid at the end of October for the first time. Not especially ill but dramatically lost taste and smell on about day 4. That has largely ( but not completely) returned but since about a week in I've had pains in the teeth and some face and jaw pain. Pain seems to travel about and hasn't really gone away. I'm wondering if this weird symptom has been experienced by anyone else? Approached GP and was given pregabalin which didn't make much difference. Any tips or advice?

Yes I had this post covid. Had Covid quite bad in September nearly every weird symptom going took me a long time to shake it off. As I was getting better 2 months later I developed tooth ache in an upper molar, really sensitive like I would need a filling but after 2 days it moved to another tooth and then all started aching and my jaw and cheeks too. Dentist said all teeth are fine and he’s seen it a lot after covid. Gargled salt water 3 times a day and used sensitive toothpaste. It was my sinuses causing it so I also used a natural sinus spray to help clear them out. All went after about 10 days.

I had jaw and finger/knuckle pain with Covid 2 years ago. This time I have finger/knuckle pain and an upset stomach and stomach pain, two weeks on. It's like it gets right inside the bones/gut. Horrible.
